Feeling like a VIP, I sipped my morning tea brewed from the electric kettle in my cozy room. The air conditioning was a blessing in disguise, offering respite from the airport hustle. As I savored the tranquil ambiance, it felt like my own private oasis amidst the bustling terminal.

We had the most comfortable stay here, with a sleek and clean bathroom and a lovely bed that made us feel at home. The highlight was definitely the location, inside the airport, which made it so easy to catch our early morning flight. The hotel also provided excellent service from the housekeeping staff, who were always available to iron our clothes, to the reception desk staff, who gave us a great wake-up service.

Although the rooms were small with no windows, we still found this place to be great value for money. The amenities were top-notch, from the free toiletries and electric kettle to the flat-screen tv and air conditioning.

I return for a romantic escape. The helpful staff printed important documents on my first stay. I love the Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. It suits me perfectly.

One of the female staff members in the morning shift was grumpy and not very welcoming. Additionally, the hotel lacked clear signage, making it difficult to find.

I stayed at Aerotel London Heathrow, Terminal 2 & Terminal 3 for one night before an early flight. The price was good and the train to and from Terminal 5 was quick. The room and facilities were modern, with enough floor space for one large suitcase. As a young woman, I felt safe in the hotel. I was even able to order Just Eat to the hotel, and I highly recommend Mr Singh’s Pizza.
